Ingredients: 1 finely chopped onion 2 cloves crushed garlic 5 teaspoon cooking oil, any is fine Half teaspoon black pepper 3 cubes chicken stock dissolved in half cup boiling water 500g pack mushrooms, sliced 4 cups easy cook rice 8 cups boiling water 1 teaspoon salt 300ml tub double cream
Instructions: Fry onions and garlic in 5 teaspoon oil then add black pepper. Add mushrooms and chicken stock. Once they're soft, add the rice and boiling water. Season with salt. Leave simmering for 15 minutes. Add double cream. Leave simmering for 5 minutes, then serve.
